The present General Terms of Sale (hereinafter the "General Terms") apply to all sales of products and services (hereinafter the "Products" and the "Services") in France, Corsica, DROM COM and abroad. Their purpose is to define the terms and conditions under which (i) the Client will be able to subscribe to one or more Services and/or acquire one or more Products from MECATRACTION, S.A.S with a capital of 2,000,000 euros, whose head office is located at 70 rue des Hauts de Chignac 19230 POMPADOUR, registered at the RCS of BRIVE under the number B 712 061 506 (hereinafter the "Seller").
